BIGEN welcomes Solomon Lehobo to MCS

May 2008

Aligned with BIGEN AFRICA's continued drive to strengthen our teams and our service expertise, I am delighted to announce the appointment of Solomon Lehobo who joins us as a Projects Director and Shareholder from May 2008.

As part of our Management Consulting Services' Team, Solomon's specific focus will initially be on leading our programme management drive in housing development and asset management. Formerly a Director at ARCUS GIBB, he has experience in senior programme and project management roles at both national, provincial and municipal government levels. He has handled institutional development and capacity building for North West province, through the Independent Development Trust. Furthermore, he has handled tangible asset management services for Ekhurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality. He led ARCUS GIBB PRT on housing development for the Gauteng Department of Housing. We believe on the above background Solomon will add value to our expertise.

This father of four from Lesotho, avid sports fan and occasional golfer, has twenty-one years experience, is a registered Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Professional Construction Project Manager, Pr.CPM, registered with SACPCMP. His credentials include post-graduate Engineering studies, a qualification in Construction Management, lecturing, Head of the Programmes & Costs Section and Operations & Maintenance Manager of hydro-power operations of the Lesotho Highlands Development Project.

I'm sure that you will join me in welcoming Solomon into our fold of BIGENites!

Regards
Francois Swart
