SAACE Excellence Awards –Visionary Client of the Year – BIGEN AFRICA shared the laurels of its client, the Joint Development Forum. The establishment of the Joint Development Forum in 2002 – between the Sekhukhune District Municipality, its five local municipalities, and various mining companies in the eastern limb mining area - illustrates that co-operative governance, can be successfully implemented across a range of sectors
