Our Projects Delivery Division presents various capabilities through which we deliver on client objectives.  Our capabilities are built around our exceptional staff, international best practice methodologies and supported by our Integrated Project Management guideline and governance system, the RUBIX, which establishes a gated project lifecycle process entrenching a quality assurance methodology to validate all expected project deliverables.

Our project management specialists are registered internationally with the Project Management Institute as Project Management Professionals (PMPs) and in South Africa, as Professional Construction Managers and Construction Project Managers with the South African Council for Project and Construction Management Professionals (Pr. CPM).

Delivery Models

We offer our clients various project delivery models to best suit project scale, complexity and specific client requirements. Some of these delivery models are offered as PMC (Project Management Consulting) Services – ranging from single capability assistance to owner’s team participation – through to full EPCM and EPCM + F offerings for large and complex projects. Our EPCM and EPCM + F delivery models are offered by integrating Bigen Africa’s Engineering and Development Finance divisions to provide clients with a one stop project delivery service.
