In addition to accreditation with related professional bodies, BIGEN AFRICA’s socio-economic transformation conforms to the guidelines of the Construction Charter. Firmly anchored in South Africa, we regard human capital development as a pivotal part of BIGEN AFRICA and that commitment is embraced in our ownership and control, employment equity and skills development, procurement, and corporate social investment and responsibility.

Our quality management policy ensures that the interests of Clients and the Public are at the forefront of managing assignments and projects. In turn, the scope of our health and safety policy which is aligned with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, includes environmental, facilities, and staff safety, and safety administration. Other policies include our internal and external design and estimation policy that provides for the review of commercial and financial risk, and technical and works methodology review.
